Cost & FAQ
-
How Much Do They Cost?Custom cookie orders start at $60 per dozen. I have a 1 dozen minimum order. Cookie prices vary depending on the intricacy of design, number of designs, number of colors and even size (if larger or smaller than a standard cookie). I quote all custom orders based on your requests. Much like a custom wedding cake! To request a Quote, head over to my ORDER/QUOTE REQUEST page. Every cookie is individually heat-sealed in food grade cellophane to ensure food handling ease and protection as well as freshness. I also offer holiday or special shop options through the year. Make sure to check out my SHOP page to see if I have any sales going.

Do You Offer Gift Packaging?Yes! I have a couple of individual package options perfect for baby-shower, wedding or birthday party favors: Individual window gift box with paper shred: $15 per dozen. Individual clear gift bag with coordinating ribbon: $12 per dozen. In addition to these, I can create custom gift packaging to fit your needs. Theme specific bag toppers, large boxes with coordinating tissue paper, and two-cookie gift sets are just some ideas. Let me know what you're looking for and we can create something just right for your event.

How Can I Order Custom Cookies? To order, please fill out a QUOTE REQUEST or message me through my Instagram account. This will help me determine availability and get a cost quote to you quickly so we can move forward with confirming an order.
-
How Much Notice Do You Need?4 weeks is the best amount of time but as with all services, this can vary greatly by month or season. I will do all I can to meet every order request. Please don't hesitate to reach out and check availability! Holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.) and other specialty times like wedding season, I may book up quickly. *Rush Orders (72 hours or less) that I can fulfill will incur a $25 rush fee.
-
When and How Do I Pay?Once the order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email and can be paid online. Full payment is due to secure the event date.
-
When and How Do I Pickup My Order?Cookie pickup takes place during an agreed upon pickup window on the pickup date you've specified. I make cookies in my home kitchen and the pickup address will appear on your invoice. If you are not able to pickup the cookies on the specified date/time, please let me know as soon as possible to schedule another time. Due to the perishable nature of the cookies, any orders not picked up and with no response to contact within 48 hours will either be re-sold or donated.
-
What If I Need To Cancel My Order?Life happens! If you need to cancel an order: Cancellations at least 30 days before pickup date will receive a refund or you can apply your payment towards a future order. **Refunds will not be issued for any custom items obtained for an order (edible images, special packaging, etc.). No refunds will be issued on orders cancelled 30 days or less before the pickup date. If I have to cancel your order for any reason, I will issue a full refund within 72 hours of cancellation.
-
Can I Return My Order? As the cookies are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once pickup is complete. Upon pickup, I will ask you to review and approve your cookie order. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon pickup, please let me know at that time so I can do my best to MAKE IT RIGHT! Your satisfaction is paramount to me.

Ingredient & Allergen InformationI use quality ingredients to make my cookies. My staples include unbleached flour, pure vanilla and almond extracts, organic eggs, and premium butter. Each order will come labeled with the ingredients it contains. I am unable to offer allergen-free cookies at this time, including nut-free and gluten-free requests. Cookies may contain or come into contact with items or food products containing dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, coconut, tree nuts, flour, cocoa (chocolate), milk and sugar, and/or other allergy causing ingredients. I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination from allergen causing products.
